What you need…

• 2 Parts Gladstone Axe
• 1.5 Parts cherry juice
• 2.5 Parts lime juice
• A delicious Hotel Sarlino Maraschino or two ice cubes, egg white & powdered sugar.

What you do…

In a cocktail shaker pour The Gladstone Axe, cherry juice, lime juice, and a single ice cube. Shake it a lot, then shake some more. Strain into a standard whisky glass filled with ice cubes.

Top with the egg white whipped cream if, like Mr Gladstone, you prefer, garnish with a Hotel Starlino Maraschino Cherry.
